Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II in Apple Valley, Minnesota. You’ll assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to helping customers, and will be cross-trained to support the cash register.

You’ll maintain a clean, welcoming store, handle transactions, protect cash and assets, and work with teams to ensure a positive shopping experience. Part time opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Capable of lifting 30–50 lbs and standing/walking for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising and customer support.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Assist with cleanliness and stocking, including restrooms and floors.
• Handle sales transactions and operate assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
