Job summary

Dollar Tree is hiring a Customer Service Associate II in Minnesota. You will assist with merchandising, support customers, and be cross-trained to operate the cash register and front-end duties as needed.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking, maintaining a clean store, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment while delivering friendly service to customers and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service industry experience highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking and standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong math skills for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to customer support.
• Support cash register and front-end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Maintain clean, welcoming store environment and stock as required.
