Job summary

FiveStar Food Mart in New Haven, KY is hiring Customer Service Representatives to create a friendly, quick, and safe atmosphere for customers and staff. You will conduct sales, keep the store well stocked and clean, and assist with food preparation according to FiveStar guidelines.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, stocking, promoting specials, and maintaining deli and sales areas. Must be 18+, reliable, and professional with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, thank, make eye contact, and engage with customers to create a welcoming environment.
• Process fast-paced, accurate sales transactions and handle voids or misprints with care.
• Prepare quality food using equipment according to FiveStar guidelines and food safety standards.
• Maintain PAR levels in the Deli (Cold and Hot).
• Promote FiveStar specials and suggestive selling on each transaction.
• Clean and merchandise sales areas to keep products visually appealing and available.
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking lots and all areas around the store.
• Follow safety rules and comply with laws and company policies.
