FiveStar Food Mart in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking Customer Service Representatives to provide friendly, quick, and safe service. You will handle sales transactions, stock and keep the deli area clean, and assist customers.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions accurately, preparing food per guidelines, maintaining cleanliness, promoting specials, and following safety and company policies.

Formación

• Minimum 18 years old and able to multi-task to meet customers' needs.

• Basic computer skills for transactions and records.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, quick, and safe customer service on the sales floor.
• Conduct sales transactions at a register and handle voids or misprints accurately.
• Prepare quality food using deli equipment per FiveStar guidelines.
• Maintain PAR levels in the Deli (Cold and Hot).
• Promote FiveStar specials through informing customers and suggestive selling.
• Keep sales areas clean and merchandised; ensure products are visually appealing.
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking lots, and surrounding areas; follow safety rules.
• Comply with all laws and company policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
