• Prepare quality food using food service equipment per guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain PAR levels in the Deli (Cold and Hot).
• Promote specials and practice suggestive selling on each transaction.
• Clean and merchandise sales areas to ensure products are visually appealing.
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking lots, and surrounding areas.
• Follow safety rules and comply with all laws and company policies.
