FiveStar Food Mart in Stanford, KY, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver friendly, efficient service and maintain a safe store. You will handle sales transactions, assist customers, and help keep the deli and store areas clean and well stocked.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide FiveStar customer service.
• Process fast-paced, accurate sales transactions on a register and handle errors.
• Prepare quality food using food service equipment according to FiveStar guidelines and food safety standards.
• Maintain PAR levels in the Deli (Cold and Hot).
• Promote FiveStar specials by informing customers and suggestive selling on each transaction.
• Clean and merchandise sales areas (deli, sales floor, and cooler).
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking lots, and all other areas around the store.
• Practice safe working habits and align with company safety rules.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
• Follow all company policies as outlined in the FiveStar employee handbook.
