We are seeking a professional and friendly candidate to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Cashier. This role is part of a team that visits cruise ships (while in Miami and Fort Lauderdale) to distribute packages and sell items to the crew members. Candidates must be friendly, team players, and accurate.

Responsibilities

1. Assist to load and offload carts of merchandise and bags of packages into/from delivery vehicles
2. Assist to screen packages at X-ray machines in the presence of port and ship's security teams
3. Distribute packages to crew members in a friendly and efficient manner (onboard the ships)
4. Log out packages and collect payments when applicable as per set procedures
5. Display and sell merchandise
6. Always maintain excellent relationships with port and ship employees

Qualifications

1. Ability to work with a team, under pressure, and in changing environmental conditions
2. Must be available to work weekends
3. Attention to detail
4. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
5. TWIC / Port ID card holders are an asset

This is a seasonal role from November to May. All weekends are needed.
