Family Dollar in Alabama seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions, manage transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and organized.

Responsibilities include unloading shipments, replenishing stock, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment for customers and teammates; other duties may be assigned.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
