Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking friendly cashiers in Biloxi, MS. In this role you will assist customers, handle transactions, and maintain clean, welcoming spaces. No experience is required as training is provided; teamwork and a positive attitude are valued, with opportunities for career growth.

You will handle cash, upsell when appropriate, and follow safety guidelines for fresh foods. Physical tasks include lifting up to 25 pounds and working in variable temperatures, with a strong benefits

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including helping customers find items and answering questions.

• Cleaning the working area, sales floor, restrooms, pumps and completing trash runs.
• Cross training in departments such as Restaurant Services or Maintenance and teamwork.

Job Functions

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
• Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
• Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
