Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions, process sales at the register, and help with stocking and merchandising to keep the store appealing and efficient.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service in retail or similar settings. You should be able to lift 30–50 lbs and maintain strong communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
