Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Marrero, Louisiana team. You will assist customers with questions, process sales at the register, and help maintain a clean, stocked store.

The role requires standing, lifting 30–50 lbs, and delivering friendly, professional service daily. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior retail or service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/guest-facing experience in service industries highly preferred.
• Ability to interpret operational documents and follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Stock and replenish merchandise, unload trucks as needed.
• Keep store clean, restocked, and safe for customers and colleagues.
• Support partners and leaders with various tasks as assigned.
