Dollar Tree is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Tampa to assist customers, handle sales transactions at the register, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store. You will help unload merchandise, stock shelves, and ensure a safe, friendly environment for customers and team members.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. This position is part-time and onsite at our Tampa store.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting

Mansioni

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
