Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to join our Exton store team. You will support daily operations, merchandising, and front-end duties, while maintaining a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

You will handle transactions at the register, assist customers, and help protect store assets. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and tolerate frequent walking and standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity and basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to front-end support.
