The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail or similar is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks, stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Keep store clean, including bathrooms, floors, and general presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
