Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Rhode Island LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. The role entails assisting customers, handling transactions, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store security and cleanliness.

You will work on a part-time basis at the Woonsocket location, with responsibilities that include unloading trucks, replenishing stock, and ensuring a positive store atmosphere for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience delivering customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment as per standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment; interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
