Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and be able to frequently walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push and pull

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Process sales transactions at the assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks, stock replenishment
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues
• Keep store clean, including bathrooms, floors, and trash, and ensure all areas are neat
