Family Dollar in Mount Holly, New Jersey is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions, and maintain a clean, organized store.

This part-time role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. You’ll support stock replenishment, unloading shipments, and provide friendly service while upholding safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service industry experience preferred (customer service).
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent standing and walking.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading and stocking.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
