Dollar Tree Stores INC in Zellwood, FL is hiring a Part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, and support unloads and restocking while upholding safety and professionalism.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, plus prior customer service in retail or related environments.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height.
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
Other duties as assigned.
