Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Summerfield, FL is looking for a part-time Customer Service Associate to assist customers, handle sales transactions, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

You’ll help with restocking, ensure safety and cleanliness, and support teammates to deliver a great shopping experience. Strong communication and reliability are key as you lift and move merchandise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock merchandise and replenish as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms and floors.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
