Family Dollar in Hull, GA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to provide friendly customer service, handle transactions at a cash register, and help maintain store cleanliness and stock levels. You will assist customers, unload trucks, restock shelves, and ensure a safe shopping environment, while following store procedures and policies.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, with opportunities to grow within a retail environment

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail/customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
