Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, maintain store cleanliness, restock merchandise, and ensure a safe, friendly environment for customers and staff.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. This is a part-time, on-site position at our Conyers, Georgia location with opportunities for growth and involvement in daily store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or grocery environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the assigned register.
• Keep the store stocked and merchandised; recover merchandise as needed.
• Unload trucks and participate in stock replenishment per productivity standards.
