Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a positive shopping experience for every customer. You will assist with questions, process sales at the register, and help keep the store clean and stocked.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work at a pace that supports productivity standards. This is a part-time, on-site position in Colorado Springs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and frequent walking/standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading/loading and stock replenishment.
