Job summary

Family Dollar in Nacogdoches, TX is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help with daily store operations, assist customers, merchandise, and support front-end duties as needed. You will be cross-trained to handle cash register duties and assist with front-end operations when required.

You will handle sales transactions, maintain a clean and safe shopping environment, and work with the team to deliver a positive experience for customers. This is a part-time position based in-store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
