Job summary

Family Dollar in Overton, TX is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate II to support store operations, merchandising, and friendly customer service. You will contribute to a clean, welcoming environment and be cross-trained to assist at the cash register as needed.

Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, receiving merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring safety for customers and staff while delivering strong service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising.
• Support cash register and front-end duties as needed.
