Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support a great shopping experience. The role involves assisting customers, processing transactions, stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualified candidates typically have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior retail/customer service experience, and the ability to lift 30-50 lbs. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while operating assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned*.
