Dollar Tree in Madeira Beach, FL is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, and manage sales transactions at the register.

This part-time role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, keeping the store clean and well-stocked, and maintaining a positive, respectful environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service in retail or similar is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and handle long periods of standing and walking.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
