Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and well stocked.

This role requires strong communication and reliability. You may lift 30–50 lbs, stand for long periods, unload merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
