Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, process sales at the register, and help keep the store clean and stocked.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs as needed. Part-time; flexible scheduling available at participating Arkansas locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience encouraged.
• Ability to interpret operational documents and follow procedures.
• Comfort with lifting 30–50 lbs and frequent walking/standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Stock and replenish merchandise; keep store neat.
• Unload trucks and support stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Keep bathrooms and store areas clean and presentable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
