Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate for a part-time role at our Delight, AR location. You will greet customers, assist with questions, operate the register, stock shelves, and help unload deliveries while maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent movement and lifting.
• Strong customer service, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
