Position Summary

The Store Consultant consistently delivers a positive customer experience by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions. This role requires knowledge in print, signs & graphics, and shipping, including taking orders, coordinating store activities, providing pricing and product information, and recommending FedEx Office products and services. Responsibilities include operating various equipment, managing projects and supplies, and completing tasks based on priority.

General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow instructions from supervisors and assist team members
  • Assist in training store staff
Service
  • Demonstrate consultative behaviors to understand customer needs
  • Recommend appropriate products and services
  • Ensure customer problems are resolved promptly
  • Handle complex orders and provide accurate pricing
  • Prepare goods for shipping and operate related equipment
  • Maintain a safe, clean store environment
Profit
  • Handle customer data confidentially
  • Process transactions accurately, including cash handling
  • Maintain and repair equipment and supplies

  • Complete financial paperwork and assist with reports

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of specialized experience
