POSITION SUMMARY:
The Store Consultant consistently delivers a positive customer experience by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions. This team member is knowledgeable in print, signs & graphics, and shipping. Responsibilities include taking orders, coordinating store activities, providing pricing and product information, and recommending FedEx Office products and services. The Store Consultant operates and maintains equipment, manages projects, stocks materials, and completes tasks based on priority.
