POSITION SUMMARY:

The Store Consultant consistently delivers a positive customer experience by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions. They are knowledgeable in print, signs & graphics, and shipping, and are responsible for taking orders, coordinating store activities, providing pricing and product information, and recommending FedEx Office products and services. They operate and maintain equipment, manage projects, stock materials, and complete tasks based on priority.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist team members
• Assist in training store team members

Service

• Demonstrate consultative behaviors to understand customer needs
• Recommend appropriate products and services
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues
• Take complex orders and provide accurate pricing
• Assemble and prepare goods for shipping
• Operate printing and related equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment
