Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help keep the store organized and safe.

This role requires strong customer service, communication, and reliability. You will help with stocking, cleaning, and maintaining a welcoming environment while following store procedures and policies to support daily store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks listed.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Unload trucks and stock replenish per productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
