Dollar Tree is hiring a Customer Service Associate to create a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role emphasizes professional interactions and safety in a fast-paced retail setting. Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, replenishing stock, and contributing to a friendly environment for customers and coworkers.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
