Job Description
Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience. Oversees a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and promotion of loyalty programs. Leads by example by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store. Models outstanding customer service.

  • Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
  • Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
  • Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles
  • Coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs
  • Assigns registers, supports POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks
  • Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Ensures tasks are executed according to store plans; prioritizes as needed
  • Communicates effectively with management and Associates about priorities and progress
  • Provides and receives recognition and constructive feedback
  • Partners with Management on training needs to increase effectiveness
  • Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Promotes credit and loyalty programs
  • Supports store shrink reduction goals
  • Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
  • Other duties as assigned
Who We’re Looking For: You
  • Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
  • Capable of multi-tasking
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Able to adapt to changes and unexpected situations
  • Team player, effective with peers and supervisors
  • Ability to train others
  • Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience
