Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers and create a welcoming shopping experience. You will assist with questions, process transactions, and help keep shelves stocked and merchandised.

The role supports unloading trucks, replenishing stock, and maintaining clean, safe store conditions while delivering friendly, respectful service to customers and associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks for stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
