Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is hiring a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, ring up sales, and ensure cash security while maintaining store appearance and safety.

You will also help with stocking, unloading trucks, and stock replenishment, while adhering to productivity standards and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
