Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, and help maintain store organization and safety.

The role includes stocking, receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean, presentable store. Part-time hours expect flexibility and friendly, professional interactions with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store customer service is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, lifting and stooping.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team members
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, bathrooms included
• Other duties as assigned
