Job summary

Responsibilities include processing transactions accurately, upholding merchandising standards, and participating in safety and loss-prevention initiatives while supporting a positive store culture.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and procedures
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor
• Initiates and participates in store recovery
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
• Provides and accepts recognition and feedback
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety programs
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
