The role supports multiple areas of the store, promotes loyalty programs, and requires responsiveness to changing business needs. Starting pay ranges are posted and benefits are offered in line with company policy.

Qualifications

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Able to adapt to a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Works well with peers and supervisors; prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Ring purchases and returns accurately and follow procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs; maintain merchandising standards.
• Prepare merchandise for sales floor and assist in store recovery.
• Support store safety, cleanliness, and loss-prevention goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
