Job summary

Sierra at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain a clean store environment, and support multiple store areas as needed.

You’ll contribute to a positive culture and help execute merchandising standards, loss prevention practices, and customer engagement initiatives. The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to adapt to changing directions while meeting the needs of a fast-paced retail
