Duchess is seeking team members for full-time and part-time roles at our Westerville location. You’ll welcome customers, handle transactions, keep the store clean, stock shelves, and ensure compliance with tobacco, alcohol, and other sales rules. Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset—you love helping people.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.
• Previous retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfort with technology—we use modern tools to make work easier.
• Other Qualifications include walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching; work in varying temperatures indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store -inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
