Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member to provide courteous checkout service and assist customers in locating products. You will greet customers, handle transactions, and contribute to a clean, well-organized store environment.

Typical duties include recommending items, maintaining displays, and supporting inventory and loss-prevention efforts. Prior Walgreens experience is preferred, and a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends is often required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and handles transactions.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised and assists with inventory.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and minimizes losses.
