Job summary

Walgreens in the United States is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You will greet customers, answer questions, and provide efficient checkout at the register, while upholding service standards across the store.

You will also help maintain clean, organized shelves, recommend items, process transactions and returns, and support promotional displays. Prior retail experience is a plus, and flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior Walgreens experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient checkout service on assigned cash register.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain clean, well merchandised counters and shelves, stock rotation, and price items as directed.
• Handle returns, exchanges, voids, rain checks, and refunds per policy.
• Assist with photo area services and web pick-up duties as needed.
• Support asset protection procedures and adherence to store policies.
