Job summary

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly checkout service.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assists customers with products and services and shares best practices to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Maintains store appearance, checks in and prices merchandise as directed, and supports stock rotation and shelf merchandising.
• Provides customer service in the photo area (passport photos, poster print, and related services) and supports web pick-up orders.
• Performs returns, exchanges, rain checks, voids, and refunds per store procedures.
• Ensures compliance with asset protection procedures and state/local laws for regulated products.
• Supports with maintenance, displays, and general store tasks as assigned.
