Walgreens is seeking a Customer Service Associate who greets customers, helps with products and services, and resolves questions to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will operate the cash register, ring up sales, process returns, restock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, follow policy, and collaborate with coworkers to deliver courteous, proactive service.

Previous retail experience preferred; evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate cash register, handle payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and merchandised; price as directed.
• Provide customer service in photo area and assist with web pick-up orders.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with company policies.
