Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a welcoming shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, and manage sales transactions at the register.

Responsibilities include stocking merchandise, unloading trucks, keeping the store clean and presentable, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment with customers and team members. The role requires lifting 30–50 lbs, and is part-time with opportunities for growth in a nationwide retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical duties as described.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery.
• Assist with unloading trucks and receiving inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and friendly store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
