Job summary

MajorsManagement is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, operate cash registers, and maintain a clean store environment. You will assist customers, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and displays.

Ideal candidates are friendly, communicative, able to work in a fast-paced retail setting, follow cash control policies, comply with laws on government-regulated products, and complete training to meet performance standards.

Qualifications

• Time management and efficiency in performing tasks.
• Ability to use customer information for product and service improvements.
• Customer service experience desired.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Read, understand and speak English at eighth-grade level.
• Basic math skills and basic computer and POS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
