Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our onsite team. You will assist customers, operate cash registers, restock merchandise, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

The role requires friendly communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting, and adherence to cash control policies and store standards. Part-time or full-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level.
• Basic math and basic computer or POS skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to laws regarding sale of government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers/freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow company rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
