Responsibilities

• Model and deliver customer experience principles for all customers.
• Maintain clean, organized store environment and follow SOPs.
• Cross-train to support multiple store areas as needed.
• Ring purchases/returns accurately and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising standards and prepare items for the floor.
• Assist with store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
• Adhere to labor laws and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
